Rachel Clarke has been in the legal profession for over 20 years. In 2001 she was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Rachel works in the Sydney CBD, servicing clients across all of New South Wales. She also has many interstate clients and overseas clients in South East Asia.
With an interest in commercial transactions and economics, she has developed expertise in business, estate planning, commercial and property law. Rachel practices in the complex area of childcare, and early education centre sales and purchases.

Emma has been with Rachel Clarke Legal since 2020 and is the firm’s paralegal working along side Rachel. Emma is currently studying a Bachelor of Law at University and will soon be admitted to practice as a Solicitor.
Emma is astute and approachable and always on the front foot when it comes to assisting our clients.
In her spare time Emma enjoys being outdoors and spending time at the beach, with family and friends and she is a huge animal lover!
