Rachel Clarke has been in the legal profession for over 20 years’. In 2001 she was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Rachel works in the Sydney CBD and Penrith, servicing clients across the Sydney CBD, Greater Sydney, Western Sydney and Blue Mountains. She also has many interstate and overseas clients in South East Asia.
With an interest in commercial transactions and economics, she has developed expertise in business, estate planning, commercial and property law. She practices in the complex area of childcare centre sales and purchases. Rachel has excellent business acumen and knows how important it is to be commercial savvy.
Living in the Blue Mountains with her son and partner, Rachel Clarke is also a qualified horticulturalist. In her time away from the practice, she indulges her passion for gardening and being outdoors in one of the most beautiful places in Australia, if not the world.
Gayna Borg has been a key part of Rachel Clarke’s practice since 2015. She has over 20 years’ experience working in the legal profession. She is a highly skilled paralegal with particular expertise in conveyancing and the purchase and sale of property. Gayna’s career started in the Sydney CBD working for firms specialising in real estate transactions. Gayna Borg is Rachel’s right hand, and assists in all types of real estate, business sales and purchases, as well as commercial lease work.

When she’s not at Rachel Clarke Legal, Gayna enjoys cooking, travelling and seeking out new experiences. She loves spending time with her son, family and is particularly fond of holidaying in Forster.
