Rachel Clarke has been in the legal profession for over 20 years. In 2001 she was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
Rachel works in the Sydney CBD and Penrith, servicing clients across all of New South Wales. She also has many interstate clients and overseas clients in South East Asia.
Emma Curtis Paralegal
Emma has been a fabulous addition to the team at Rachel Clarke Legal since May 2020. Emma made the bold switch from the Real Estate industry into the Legal profession.
Emma is Rachel’s paralegal working alongside Rachel in Property and Business matters and Estate Planning matters. Emma is currently studying Law at University.

I have had the peace of mind and pleasure, to be a long term client of Rachel Clarke Lawyers (RCL) for over a decade and continue to do so to this day. I have retained and entrusted RCL’s legal services on numerous (at times, quite complex) Conveyancing transactions, together with all my Estate Planning (ie. Will, Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship), including advice in relation to any required changes to legally protect myself, when my personal circumstances have moved in another direction.
Having myself previously worked with and for numerous Lawyers for many years, when I required the services of a Lawyer for my own personal legal transactions, there was only one Firm I knew I could rely on for their legal expertise, knowledge, confidentiality and understanding nature, and that is RCL.
I have always found RCL to be experts in their chosen legal services they offer, extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, up to date with any legal changes in the Industry, personable and all in a ‘no fuss’ style manner. Further, RCL are always up front and realistic in advising me on the legal procedures, duration, mitigating any possible risks and importantly, including what legal costs are anticipated, when payment is expected and no nasty monetary surprises at the end of any of my legal transactions.
I am only too well aware of how expensive some Lawyers will charge for their legal services and how fees can ‘blow out’ without you being advised or because a lawyer has been incompetent. I have never had an issue over legal fees with RCL, as I have always found them to be very up front and honest, including always keeping me up to date throughout the duration of their retainment as to their legal fees. In my experience, compared to other law firms, I found RCL’s legal fees to be most reasonable and importantly, when the Partner is charging for the work, the Partner is actually doing the work.
RCL are extremely fortunate to also provide the support services of a highly competent, very experienced & knowledgeable, understanding Paralegal, who provides the necessary support any good Lawyer requires, that is that true ‘right hand’ and that is exactly what Ms Gayna Borg is.
I will continue to both: 1. utilise RCL for all my own legal requirements; and 2. recommend to others who may require the services of a highly reputable Lawyer, as I have always done so. The quality of the legal services and experience you receive from RCL is unfortunately quite rare to find these days.
